Before You Begin

Make room for an honest reflection.

An assessment is more useful when you approach it with curiosity instead of trying to achieve a particular result. You are exploring your experience, not proving your worth.

A question to carry with you

“What would I like to understand about how I respond when life feels difficult?”

01

Choose a quiet moment.

Give yourself enough space to read the statements carefully, without rushing through them between other tasks.

02

Answer from your current experience.

Think about how you usually respond lately, rather than your best day, your hardest day, or the person you hope to become.

03

Let your answers be imperfect.

If a statement does not describe every situation, choose the response that fits most closely. You can reflect on the exceptions afterward.

04

Keep one real example in mind.

A conversation, a decision, or a recurring moment of pressure can help you connect abstract questions with everyday life.

A Clear Starting Point

From Reflection to Your Next Inner Shift

The goal is not to place you in a fixed box. It is to offer a developmental snapshot that helps you see your current pattern and choose a more useful next step.

Reflect Honestly

Respond to 18 statements across three short steps. Choose what feels most true of your current experience—not what you think should be true.

See Your Pattern

Receive your Inner Shift Type alongside separate scores for True Self Access, Psychological Flexibility, and Wholeness & Integration.

Choose Your Next Step

Identify your Primary Inner Shift and continue with a practical reflection, free guide, masterclass or pathway matched to your needs.

Choose Your Starting Point

Start with the question that matters to you.

You do not need to complete every assessment. Begin with a broad reflection, then choose a focused tool if there is one area you would like to understand more clearly.

01 · THE BIGGER PICTURE

“I want to understand my current patterns.”

Start with the core Inner Shift Assessment when you want an overview of how you are relating to yourself, responding to challenges, and bringing your inner work into everyday life.

Use the three dimensions together. Notice which feels most familiar and which invites further reflection.

02 · A RECURRING EXPERIENCE

“I keep returning to the same anxious pattern.”

If anxiety is the experience you want to explore, the Anxiety Assessment offers a more focused place to begin your reflection.

Bring a recent, ordinary example to mind. Consider what happened, what you noticed inside, and how you responded. Treat your result as a prompt for curiosity.

03 · A PARTICULAR CAPACITY

“I want to explore one skill more deeply.”

The supporting resources below offer different ways to reflect on mental fitness, psychological flexibility, and self-compassion.

Choose the tool that connects with your present question. Read its own instructions and remember that different tools use different frameworks.

One Coherent Journey

Assessment Is the Beginning—Not the Destination

Your result is designed to make the next step clearer. It helps connect insight with a relevant practice, learning experience or pathway toward greater True Self Leadership.

The aim is not to eliminate fear or reach a perfect state. It is to build greater access and capacity so fear and old protective patterns no longer have to run the system.

After Your Assessment

Turn your result into a useful conversation with yourself.

Give yourself a moment before choosing your next step. A result can open a question; your lived experience helps you explore what that question means.

NOTICE

What feels familiar?

Look for a description that connects with something you have already noticed. Write down one recent example without judging or explaining it away.

Where does this pattern show up in my daily life?

CONSIDER

What needs more context?

If part of the result does not fit, keep that difference in view. Your circumstances, relationships, and current pressures may add context that a short reflection cannot capture.

What would someone need to know to understand my experience more fully?

PRACTISE

What is one manageable next step?

Choose one guide, one reflection, or one conversation. Give yourself room to explore it before adding more tools or trying to change everything at once.

What is one small action I can return to this week?

Common Questions

A little clarity before you begin.

Do I need to take every assessment?

No. Start with the core assessment if you want a broad overview. You can explore a supporting tool later when you have a specific question. There is no need to complete the entire collection.

Is my Inner Shift Type a permanent label?

Use it as a description to reflect on, rather than a fixed identity. Consider how it connects with your present experience and leave room for complexity, growth, and change.

What if my result does not feel accurate?

You do not need to force your experience to fit a result. Notice what resonates and what does not. Revisit the statements thoughtfully and use your own examples to explore the differences.

Can I compare scores from different tools?

Read each tool within its own framework. A score from one resource does not necessarily mean the same thing as a score from another. Focus on the questions and reflections each tool brings forward.

Where should I go after completing an assessment?

Begin with the next step suggested by your result, then explore the free resources or the Start Here pathway. If you want help choosing a program, use the Contact page to ask about the available options.
