CLEAR Skills - 5 Foundational Skills to Heal, Regulate, and Lead Your Inner World

Knowing what needs to change is not the same as being able to change it.

CLEAR Skills is a practical guide to building the inner capacities that help you respond more consciously when pressure rises, emotions intensify, old patterns return, or your nervous system becomes activated.

Rather than focusing only on insight, CLEAR develops five trainable capacities that support greater psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, nervous-system awareness, and True Self Leadership.

The CLEAR model brings together five foundational skills:

C — Compassion
Learn to meet pain, shame, protective parts, and difficult experience with care rather than self-attack.

L — Level 3 Awareness
Develop the ability to observe both what is happening around you and what is happening within you without becoming completely fused with the first reaction.

E — Emotional Awareness & Regulation
Understand emotions as information and build the capacity to respond rather than react automatically.

A — ACT Psychological Flexibility
Learn to stay present, open to difficult inner experience, and move toward values-guided action.

R — Regulation Through Somatics
Use body and nervous-system awareness to restore greater stability, presence, connection, and choice.

Together, these skills are designed to help you become less controlled by automatic reactions and more able to respond from your True Self. The manuscript explicitly describes CLEAR as a coordinated system of five capacities rather than five separate therapies. CLEAR SKILLS - Manuscript
